Resolutions That Will Help You Flourish in 2022!
Resolutions

Resolutions are sometimes known to be kept for the beginning of the year but steadily forgetting or giving up. Most often, resolutions aren’t kept til the end of the year which may make you feel like a failure before you’ve even thought of a new one.

They’re pretty tricky. A year is a long time to keep a promise to yourself so the key to keeping your resolutions is to make them as easily adaptable as possible. Whatever decision you make, you must ensure you’ve done everything you can to make keeping your resolutions sustainable.

Another tip is to make your resolutions as specific as possible so that you always know the goal you’re working towards. If you’re thinking about cutting out sugar, try reducing it instead and giving yourself cheat days or a range you can consume. This way, it’ll be easier to maintain.

Other resolutions may be as simple as trying something you’ve been wanting to do for a while. These ones tend to get postponed until the end of the year is nearing and in December you panic about having not done them yet. Try writing down twelve things you want to have done by the end of the year and schedule one day a month to go and do it.
